		<description>I got behind a sideways driver yesterday, also on 400... Doing 60 in the left lane, keeping pace with the car next to her.  I kid you not, there was a line of 12 cars all behind her and not a soul in front of her.  Completely.  Oblivious.

Bumping idea?  Very cool.</description>
